Other Support

My practice extends beyond anxiety and women's mental health

That focus is where I concentrate most of my clinical attention, but it isn't the whole of who I see. Here's a fuller picture of the concerns, ages and communities I also work with.

Approach

Beyond CBT

My core approach is Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, but depending on what a client is working through, I also draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, compassion-focused strategies, person-centred and relational therapy, existential and solution-focused approaches, feminist and strength-based frameworks, and the Gottman Method for couples work.

A note on scope

As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I practise under supervision. Where a concern falls outside my current scope, I'll say so directly and, where possible, help you find the right support elsewhere.
